The Chopping Heads music video (from the Funkstorung album Isolated - Triple Media) was chosen to screen at the 2005 Cannes film festival in their first ever showcase of music videos. Created in collaboration with visual artist Scott Pagano - this video for german techno mavericks Funkstorung is an unrelenting lash out of HD graphic fury. Chopping Heads was also screened at the 2006 Sonic Acts festival and has been included on the Sonic Acts XI DVD bundled with the February issue of Wire magazine.

Glitch-hop was born when German production duo Funkstorung cannibalised New York hip-hop on their seminal remix of the Wu Tang Clan's "Reunited". They mutilate and invigorate the rhymes of some more underground NY rappers (Tes and Rob Sonic) on this, their third album. But on a lighter note, Massive Attack vocalist Sarah Jay, Louise Rhodes of Lamb and someone called Enik all contribute vocals to songs which are surprisingly conventional trip-hop. The production is amazing but the tone is completely schizophrenic.
